These Terms of Service apply to all tattoo and related services provided by Two of Swords Tattoo.
Initial consultations are offered free of charge. During consultation, we discuss your design ideas, placement, size, and pricing. A deposit of 25% is required to secure your tattoo appointment date.
Appointments can be booked via email, phone, or in-person at our Hazel Grove studio. Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Payment is due in full at the time of your tattoo session. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
All equipment is sterilised using industry-standard practices. Clients must be in good health and at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to reschedule if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
We provide detailed aftercare instructions. Following proper aftercare is essential for optimal results. We are not responsible for poor healing due to client negligence or non-compliance with aftercare guidelines.
